Payment

I accept paypal, and bank transfers.

If you live nearby you can always pick up the item, and I will accept cash but only in Norwegian Kronners, and EUROs.

Shipping

I ship either the same day the order is placed, or the next day the post office is open ( Monday-Saturday )

If you have ordered a special commision, I will work on it right away. And unless it is a very large order, it should be shipped in less than a week.

I can send recommended, but you need to specify that you want it. Otherwise I send as regular mail.

If an item does not arrive within 6 weeks I will consider it lost in the mail. You have the choice of either a refund, or a new item.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept to exchange the item if you are not 100 % satisfied with it, but it must be new and unused.

For sanitary reasons I will charge you 2 $ from the refund for earrings. ( Can't sell a tried earring wire to others )

For necklaces I can make them longer\shorter, just ask specifically when you order.
